Ask what the call-out covers and how far they travel, because rural areas often carry a surcharge. Ask roughly how long they will be, so you can decide whether to wait. Ask what happens if they cannot fix it there, and whether the call-out still stands if it turns into a tow.
Tell them if you are on a motorway, with children in the car, or in extreme weather. It changes how they prioritise you, and most operators want to know.
